Shipping costs

Shipping is £2 to the United Kingdom and France and is charged at a flat £5 rate for all other countries.

Import and Duties

Depending on local laws and taxes you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or charges. These are not included in the item’s price or shipping cost. The shipping company will contact you if any of these arise. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.


Return Process

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, please email us at hello@ayvan.co we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days of it's arrival and in the original packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.


Environmental Commitment

The carbon emissions linked to all parcels we ship and receive have been offset by donations to carbonfund.Org as well as using carbon-neutral shipping solutions including Colissimo and Chronopost. We use recycled, recyclable and biodegradable packaging when possible. Please reuse it if possible and dispose of it appropriately when it’s not. All our products are made locally in Europe with the exact details detailed on a case by case basis. We always favour sustainable solutions in the sourcing of the materials we use for both our packaging and products.
